Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Check-in is from 2:00 pm. Check-out is by 10:00 am.

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your pitch.

No refunds or discounts will be given for inclement weather, late arrivals, or early departures.

Pitches will be allocated on arrival. There is no reception on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email.

Changes cannot be made once you have booked.

Prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£). We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before a booking is confirmed.

Each pitch price includes up to 2 persons. Additional guests are charged at £5.00 per person, per night and must be declared at the time of booking.

All pitch types accommodate a maximum of 4 persons. This limit must not be exceeded.

No hen or stag parties are permitted. Single-sex bookings of 4 or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted) are not permitted.

One vehicle per pitch. Motorbikes may be brought in place of a car. Cars are not permitted when travelling with a motorhome or campervan.

Commercial vehicles (including vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods, or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.

Dogs are not permitted in hired accommodation units (the yurt).

Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times. Dog fouling must be cleared up immediately.

The site does not accept breeds or crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act, including XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro.

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Fires and barbecues will not be permitted in dry, windy, or hot weather conditions at the management's discretion.

Open fires are prohibited. Fires must be contained within the designated fire pit rings at each pitch.

No naked flames are permitted inside hired accommodation units.

Firearms are not permitted on site.

Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch as parts of the site are unlit.

Quiet hours must be respected between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am. Radios, music, and other devices must be kept at a low volume at all times. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

Toilet and shower facilities on site are unisex.

In the event of a complaint, please speak to the management immediately. Complaints not raised during your stay cannot be dealt with after departure.

The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of any guest whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered in such circumstances.

Your unit must be left clean and tidy on departure. A cleaning charge of £30.00 will be applied for units left in an unacceptable condition.

Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely to manage your reservation and communicate with you about your stay. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to process your payment or as required by law.
